Here at the vineyard, we have all been waiting for the cooler fall weather and everything that comes with it – especially fall beverages! Our Plum Cider Snap is a little tart, a little sweet, with a warming note on the back end from the cinnamon. We serve ours over ice, but you can easily use this recipe to make a warm, comforting glass of mulled wine! Simply swap the sparkling red wine for a still red wine of choice (we like Lambrusco!) and heat gently over the stove. It’s such a delicious way to welcome in the new season!
