It was Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2026 — and while the rest of the world exchanged chocolates and cards, Emily and Joshua exchanged vows. On the snow-draped grounds of Zorvino Vineyards in Sandown, New Hampshire, beneath a pale blue winter sky and surrounded by the ones they love most, they became husband and wife.

Choosing Valentine’s Day as your wedding anniversary is a bold, beautiful move — and it suits Emily and Joshua perfectly. Every February 14th for the rest of their lives, the world will be decorated in roses, hearts, and candlelight just for them.
And Zorvino Vineyards — a venue that has hosted countless love stories since 2006 — was the ideal stage. With snow-covered vineyard rows catching the last golden light of a winter afternoon, it was a scene straight out of a storybook.

The Ceremony: Love Under the Gazebo
The ceremony took place in Zorvino’s iconic gazebo, with the snow-dusted vineyard stretching out beyond as a breathtaking backdrop.
Music set the tone from the very first moment: Groove Authority’s guitarist played during the ceremony, filling the air with the kind of warm, acoustic sound that makes guests lean in and hold their breath. Emily walked down the aisle with the beauty of the season wrapped around her — a stunning lace gown with long lace sleeves, perfectly suited to the winter chill, and an elegant faux fur wrap draped over her shoulders like something from a fairy tale.
Her bouquet, crafted by @fordflower, was a masterpiece of the season: lush white anemones and ranunculus, blush and ivory garden roses, deep crimson blooms, dusty blue thistles, and rich eucalyptus — a palette of blush, cabernet, ivory, blue, and evergreen that echoed the wedding’s colors and the world outside.
Officiant Thomas Pearson presided over the vows as Emily and Joshua made their promises to one another — surrounded by their closest family and friends, 110 guests strong.

Among the most meaningful touches: a Memory Table honoring Grandmother “June,” featuring her very own wedding veil. In the middle of all the joy and celebration, a quiet reminder that love is passed down through generations.
Guests signed a Jenga Guest Book — a playful, personal alternative that doubles as a keepsake the couple can play for years to come. Wood slab centerpieces with frosted table numbers anchored the reception in rustic, natural beauty, while sheer drapery framed the dance floor, creating an intimate, luminous space that practically glowed.
The bridal party descended dramatically from Zorvino’s stunning loft staircase for introductions — one of the venue’s most beloved architectural features, and a moment that always gets applause.

@fordflower brought Emily’s floral vision to life in vivid, romantic detail. The Custom Floral Centerpieces carried that same lush, seasonal palette throughout the reception space, transforming Zorvino’s already-stunning post-and-beam interior into something that felt like a garden in mid-winter bloom.
The Feast: A Valentine’s Day Menu to Remember
With 110 guests gathered to celebrate, Zorvino’s in-house culinary team delivered an exceptional dining experience from the moment the first hors d’oeuvres appeared.
Cocktail hour featured Zorvino wine at the wine barrel display alongside a gorgeous Tuscan Grazing Table — Italian cured meats, imported and domestic cheeses, spinach dip, crudités with Boursin, seasonal fruit, marinated mushrooms, and mixed olives. Passed hors d’oeuvres included:
- Tempura Cauliflower with curry aioli and Aleppo pepper (GF/DF)
- Coconut Chicken with chili lime chutney and coriander (GF/DF)
- Scallop in Bacon with maple, black pepper, and lemon (GF/DF)
A special touch: because Emily and Josh don’t drink alcohol, their cocktail hour mocktail was a custom Cranberry Mule made with Spindrift Cranberry Seltzer — a personal, thoughtful detail that showed just how fully Zorvino tailors every wedding to the couple.
Dinner opened with a mixed greens salad with cucumber, tomatoes, and sherry-balsamic dressing, served with bread and butter. Guests then chose from Prime Rib au jus, Chicken Piccata with lemon, capers, and parsley, or Butternut Squash Ravioli for the vegetarians.
And at the reception — a surprise addition that had guests lingering blissfully — Espresso Dave’s Specialty Espresso Cart rolled out for two full hours of expertly crafted espresso and coffee drinks. On a snowy February evening, there may be nothing more perfect.
The Cake: Chickadee Hill Cakes
The dessert centerpiece was a custom wedding cake by @chickadeehillcakes, served alongside a Coffee & Tea Station as guests settled in for the evening’s celebration. Every slice was as beautiful as it was delicious — the perfect sweet ending to a perfect dinner.
The Music: Groove Authority Fills the Room
A wedding reception lives and dies by its music — and Emily and Joshua chose absolutely brilliantly.
Groove Authority — named one of the 15 Best Wedding Bands in the Country by NBC News and a consistent Knot Best of Weddings winner every year since 2012 — brought their full eight-piece band to Zorvino’s reception hall. From the moment introductions wrapped and the first dance, the dance floor never really emptied.
The Last Dance brought the evening to a close — a final, glorious moment before the night officially ended. By every account, the dance floor was packed until the very last note.
