Summer Menu Release

The first day of summer is rapidly approaching and we’re excited to announce the launch of our Summer Bistro Menu! This seasonal menu features our Bistro staples, delicious twists on existing items, and entirely new options.

With long, hot days right around the corner, we’ve shifted our focus to lighter fare with fresh ingredients.  Think summer salads & grain bowls, chilled soup, and fresh berries. Pair with a glass of our wine to elevate your dining experience to the next level!

Menu Highlights

Eggplant Dip: Perfect for sharing! This dip comes served with pita & cucumbers, topped with sesame seeds, and drizzled with lemongrass oil for a burst of flavor.

Pair with: La Crescent – complements the brightness of the cucumber & lemongrass oil

Zucchini Greek Salad: Simple yet delicious, our take on this classic salad features zucchini, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, & olives, served over a bed of frisée, and topped with ricotta salata & a lemon caper vinaigrette.

Pair with: Sémillon – the crisp acidity cuts through the richness of the dressing

The Z Bowl: A classic grain bowl with quinoa, rice, oyster mushrooms, sweet potato, all topped with a basil-dijon vinaigrette.

Pair with: Marquette – savory tasting notes pair well with the earthiness of the mushrooms & sweet potatoes

Summer Berries: What’s better than fresh berries for dessert in the summer!? Served over honey sweetened yogurt with shortbread crumble.

Pair with: Strawberry Daiquiri – for the ultimate summer berry experience!
