This is a drink that is wonderfully complementary to our Birch wine: the Granite State Sour. Our Birch wine, topped with sweet lemonade, drizzled with maple syrup, & garnished with a lemon twist. Be sure to give the twist a light squeeze to release the oils before dropping it in the drink. To really take it to the next level, add 1.5 oz of your favorite whiskey for a little extra warmth. It’s sweet & tangy and finishes with that smooth maple syrup flavor. The perfect beverage for late fall & cold days.
