Moscato
A classic & approachable white, semi-sweet with notes of peach, pear, & honeysuckle. This is perfect paired with charcuterie especially one featuring brie, prosciutto, dried apricots, & honeycomb.
Viognier Reserve
A dry, barrel-aged white with notes of pomme fruity, honey, & buttery oak. This is wonderful with flavorful, but not overpowering, roasted winter vegetables – think butternut squash, onions, & honey glazed carrots.
Lambrusco
A light, off-dry red with notes of cherry, hibiscus, & sweet tobacco. Rather than pairing this wine, make a Lambrusco Smash cocktail. Lambrusco, orange juice, bourbon, sweetened with maple syrup, & garnished with orange peel. Add a cinnamon stick for those warm spice notes.
Zinfandel Reserve
A dry, barrel-aged red with notes of plum, raspberry, & cocoa. It’s jammy, a little peppery and goes perfectly with your Christmas dinner entrée, especially a glazed ham or roasted turkey.
Black Magic
A tart, off-dry, sparking black currant wine. It’s perfect for bringing to your holiday parties or save for midnight on New Year’s Eve!
Sugar Plum
Sweet, spiced, & fortified. This wine is best enjoyed after dinner either with dessert or as dessert! For an extra cozy experience, gently warm on the stovetop with orange slices and extra cinnamon for some mulled wine.
